Building Partnerships Ltd is a regional property development company and planning consultant committed to “green” buildings and projects.

The concept of sustainability is the philosophical approach at the heart of the company. Economic development and construction should minimise their adverse affect the environment.

Sustainability; economic development
Society and business should work hand in hand to drive sustainable practice into the commercial sector reducing production of carbon dioxide and carbon so that development today does not adversely impact on the world of tomorrow.

The environment has been inadequately considered within the development process. Flora and fauna is ignored and habitats are being destroyed. Buildings, particularly in the commercial sector, have had little regard for their carbon and CO2 impacts. Through our Environment Policy we strive to ensure that our work minimises the environmental impact of all of our projects.

The company is unique in its mix of skills from the rural and the commercial sectors. We harness these skills by constructing new and regenerating existing buildings sustainably to meet occupiers needs.

Building Partnerships has extensive experience in East Anglia working with specialist multi-disciplinary organisations. We are able to build partnerships with specialists in all stages of the development process from feasibility study, site identification, design, construction and project management. The teams can include architects, quantity surveyors, highways engineers, structural engineers, plant and machinery engineers, etc.
