Click here for larger images > Projects The Dakenham Project A pathfinding commercial project creating ground breaking green office buildings on a site at Rackheath to the north east of Norwich. The project involves demolition of existing old farm buildings and the creation of modern office premises that set new levels for lowering carbon footprints in the commercial sector. Two buildings are proposed; a single storey 6000 sq ft unit plus a two storey 13,000 sq ft building. The project will feature innovative use of materials in construction and power generating measures that will achieve a carbon footprint around 80% lower than current standards.
