Click here for larger images > Projects London Road Ipswich A site of 25 acres adjacent to the A12/A14 junction on the south west fringe of Ipswich town centre. Building Partnerships are working with Taylor Wimpey to coordinate the consultant team in the promotion of the site through the planning process for commercial and residential use. The intention is to provide mixed use business and residential space with upgraded access to the highway network and surrounding existing residential areas. There are a variety of users nearby including a Tesco food store, a retail park, a park and ride facility, and a Holiday Inn. Directly opposite is the Suffolk One sixth form college, due for completion in 2010.
