Building Partnerships advise the John Innes Foundation, the landowner of Newfound Farm at Cringleford south west of Norwich, in realising the potential residential value of the site which extends to circa 120 acres.
Working with Barratt Strategic as residential partners the site is being promoted for development through the planning system. Representations have been made into the South Norfolk Local Development site specific framework process and a planning application is being prepared for submission during 2011.
A specialist consultant team is appointed to ensure value is maximised with Building Partnerships leading the team as development co-ordinator throughout this process. In addition engagement with the local Parish Council and other relevant parties is ongoing.
