Building Partnerships was founded by
Paul Knowles in 2000. As chairman of the company, Paul now
leads a team which boasts a broad range of expertise across
all commercial development sectors, including:
office
industrial
retail
leisure
mixed use.
Based at offices close to Norwich city centre, the Building
Partnerships team specialises in promoting projects throughout
the eastern region, with an emphasis on environmental
sustainability in all aspects of the development process.
Paul Knowles
Paul is chairman and is responsible for commercial developments.
He specialises in master planning, strategic property development and consultancy
work. Previously at DTZ and Bidwells, Paul founded Building Partnerships

Kevin Cooper
Kevin joined Building Partnerships in 2009 having previously been at local
company Dencora. Prior to that he spent several years at Norwich Union.
He specialises in the delivery of development projects and management of
consultant teams and has been involved in many large schemes nationwide. kcooper@buildingpartnerships.co.uk
Leanne Smith Leanne joined the firm
in 2007 and is involved in research and analysis
for development projects. She coordinates community
assessments for the larger schemes, provides input
into sustainability issues and assists with the promotion
